You can request your free website mockup through our interactive sign-up process. We’ll go over a few key details we need to get your project started, like your industry and current URL. We’ll also figure out your web design likes and dislikes.
If you don’t like your mockup, we’ll change it. As many times as you need until it’s perfect.
We offer unlimited revisions during the design phase of your website. With no extra fees and no judgment.
Remember, all our web design is 100% custom. If something is bugging you about your mockup, we can change it. No matter how big or small.

You can request adjustments to your website at any point:
Our philosophy is simple: if we don’t provide value for you and your company every month, you shouldn’t be paying us.
You will always have full control over your website. Before your Web Winter Haven design goes live, we’ll make a full backup of your old website. If at any time you would like to move to another service provider or hosting company, you can send them these files so that they can restore and host your old site.
After being with Web Winter Haven for 12 consecutive months, an add-on service will be available for you to receive daily or weekly ongoing backups of your new website for an additional $94. You are welcome to take this back up and move to another provider if you aren’t happy with our service.
Should you choose to terminate your Web Winter Haven contract after 12 months, we will no longer be able to provide hosting for your site or offer a discounted rate on hourly services. To prep your site for outbound migration, we will disconnect/terminate all licenses, services, and communication operated by Web Winter Haven. While we will provide all backups and needed files to successfully migrate out, Web Winter Haven does not offer outbound migration services. This would be the responsibility of your new website developer and hosting company.
Yes! You will have access to your website admin panel, so you can make changes yourself. All Web Winter Haven websites are built using WordPress – if you’re comfortable working on that platform, you’ll find it simple to edit your site. If not, we’re always here to help. You can request changes to your site through your Member Dashboard and we’ll get to work.
In order to provide the best service possible, we host all Web Winter Haven sites are hosted on our fast, reliable hosting platform. This allows us to ensure we can deliver on our promises of improved performance and search engine rankings.
In addition, it’s important for us to have access to your site’s hosting to perform routine maintenance and security checks. We need the ability to check code and make adjustments without getting locked out or blocked from this key part of your site.
The good news: hosting is included in every Web Winter Haven plan. When your new site goes live, we’ll cancel your old hosting and transfer your site with no downtime. This is done completely by our team in the back-end.
We build Web Winter Haven websites using WordPress, the most powerful and flexible content management system for small to midsize business websites. Unlike other providers who brag about their “groundbreaking proprietary systems,” we know to stick to what works. WordPress gives us the flexibility to integrate your website with all your existing systems, from your online calendar to your signup forms for your email newsletter.
When we start a project, we’ll talk about the systems you currently use. We’ll make sure all of them integrate beautifully with your new site, so there are no disruptions for your business..
Yes! Content is not included in your free site design or monthly maintenance, but we’re happy to help as an add-on for $97/page (up to 500 words).
We can assist with polishing existing content or creating completely new, from-scratch content. All content is written by our dedicated content writer, a USA-based native English speaker.
You can request content in less than 30 seconds from within your Member Dashboard. Once you’re logged in, select “Content” on the left-hand side and fill out the quick questionnaire so our team can get started.
Content changes or web development work required to support the new content will be billed at your regularly hourly rate (depending on your selected package).
We believe in working hard every day to earn your business, so we don’t lock you into lengthy contracts to keep you around. All contracts are month-to-month – cancel anytime without penalties. And with our 30-day free trial, you’ll be confident you’ll love our service before you pay a dime.
